I have the same feeling as some of you do; I saw this in the 1960s, loved the song--then it seemed to disappear. I don't remember seeing it on the reruns.

In the early 90's a good friend of mine were huge monkee fans. I told her about this video. We would watch there eposides trying to find it. Anyway we never did. Well it is sooo good to see. Hey if you happen to be that friend with the initials PR and lived in a city with the initials SV. Drop me a line.:)

I saw this when I was in 6th grade...I loved it then and I watched the monkees show religiously hoping to see it again and I never did. I thought it was a live version of this song. Then I saw this vid on you tube...Man I listen to this everyday...

You dumbass there is a difference between the two genres. Next time comment on something you know about. Possibly sticking your head up your ass!

i must be more intelligent than you if your name is boring sideny. wow real nice and the two genres aren't even close. a skat is with up beat and fast and slow lyrcis with fast music playing. a spoken word performace is just plan talking. yeah miss smart one. if you knew your music like i do you would notice that. duh. miss boring.

And you don't see the essential similarity between the two genres. I guess that's what you can expect from someone whose idea of intelligent riposte is "duh dumbass" LOL
