No exceptions of nature are no valid arguments. I'm claiming it's lack of feeling, cognitive ability, communication, all together that make a fetus not a person.Those severely handicapped person, lose part of their personhood, they need a legal responsible person, they wouldn't be responsible for what they are doing, they have diminished personhood.

If abortion is made illegal all that needs to be proven is abortion has been commited. For those who beleive that the human fetus is not alive the procedure is still an abortion so if the procedure of abortion has been proven then they are guilty regardless of your opinion on if life existed before birth or not. Life does not have to be proven to prove an abortion took place.

What about the prohibition on Meth, Heroin, Cocain, LSD, fully automatic guns? If you are going to assume that all prohibitions should be lifted because they are restricting freedome of choice then how about the prohibition on murder, rape, molestation etc.

No I said exactly what I meant. I said Lasts, because all things decay and loose effectiveness over time even rocks. Chemicals are not living, yet they loose their potency and ability to react in desired ways. But this is a moot point because showing sperm do not have homeostasis already proves my claim because without homeostasis the sperm are not scientifically considered living organisms. They are components of the human organism as a whole.

"women will still have it" that is what you said and that is what I was responding to. So the "they will do it anyway" did seem to be the point you were making on one reason it would be wrong to make abortion illegal.
