1/2 OF $250 per square foot and they are building hoimes for people for $125 per square foot? The poorest Mexicans have been living in discarded shipping containers for free for 40 years o0n the border but in California they pay $125 per square foot,ROTFLMAO!!

Where are these containers located?

If they are waterproof or hurricane proof they should ship them to Miss or Kansas? Maybe they can still be moble so when a storm comes you can put them on a RR car and get the hell out of the way or waterproof just close up and come back later. Like living in a sub. Or put them on end and make a great silo. plant them underground and cover thenmw with dirt and plant crops it would be like living in a hobit. go deep enough and the ground will cool the thing. No mice or ants in these homes.

A shipping container used for home, office, or storage construction is called an ISBU.Of course this is inspiring, but according to qualified Members of the ISBU Association:-The cost you see here is outrageous-Reefer containers should not be used for home construction. ...too many problems. This has become a huge trend in the U.S. and globally and there are now many other more successful projects out there than this one.

Than you should use old REEFER containers. They have about 10cm isloation-layer and will be able to keep heat out and warmth in winter in. |
