One of the great pioneers in holography, Stephen Benton, was known for being proud of being a nerd. He is an inspiration for us all.

More importantly, the consumer market will make the ultimate decision. It doesn't matter if Beta or VHS was better, the market perfered VHS.

It isnt possible to say which one of these amazing technologies will replace the other as they are still in development until they should be released in the very near future. I personally see extremely brilliant capabilities in each type of the next generation screens and hope they both work together smoothly. I very much doubt that though and could not say which one would be better. |
