although i'm a tetsuo fan..i gotta say..naruse definitely edged him out..in my humble opinion anyway...his technique is definitely out there..gotta love 4:11 - 4:52..!..that outfit though..lol..wow..like something you would wear at a cosplay party..i know tetsuo had his fair share of bad fashion..but that was back in the day..

The way Naruse is Dressed Reminds me of Tetsuo himself, and how HE dressed while Casiopea had Begun its Career (in which case, Issei Noro and Akira Jimbo recorded Noro's Newest Solo Album. So, Casiopea is officially Half-pea.)
