I assume you mean readily convertible to fire a live rounds? Why bother when there is loads of stuff around in Central Europe for the criminal fraternity to use?If the general citizenry of England were allowed to legally own firearms I would love to use those f***n Al Quaeda wogs for target practice with a real PPSH41.

Fully automatic blank fireing guns are perfectly legal... it's just that no-one actualy makes one that isn't deemed "readily convertable" by the home office.
