I am guessing what I mean by lower classes is peons like you.
glendonagasaki (November 30, 1999 at 12:00 am)
What do you mean by "lower classes"? Your shit stinks which makes you the same as everyone else. Get a life and by the way history proves nothing. Wake up little boy!!!
ElysiumFilms (November 30, 1999 at 12:00 am)
If history proves anything it is that, in general, humans only want change and help when it is either not needed and superfluous or it is too late. This will be the case in the future. I doubt it will long before we "hit rock bottom", but I would not condone kidding oneself into believing that we will be saved from this fall and will resume our rise. While there are always those who see the falls and rises, as long as the lower classes dominate, their immature and ignorant thoughts will prevail
ElysiumFilms (November 30, 1999 at 12:00 am)
We have been falling far earlier than since the end of the Cold War. I think that you can nearly accurately make the falls of humanity as the material symptoms associated with the "fall" and already part of us, like sleeping cells, that only need to be awakened and manipulated until eventually we revert back to a more "natural" state. It has always been the end of an age when the lower classes dominate society, whether it is through demography or democracy.

WHAT A LOONY!
Avarakedavra (November 30, 1999 at 12:00 am)
I hear you. Truly. But how much further can we fall? Ever since the cold war we've been in the clutches of self destruction. We're global now and who can we say is happy with our global conditions? Global events will worsen but can improve. I like what you've said about evolution. Thing is evolution is usually associated with physical adaptation. Considering todays global communication and our physical condition don't you think it's about time our consciousness evolve?
ElysiumFilms (November 30, 1999 at 12:00 am)
We are always evolving, only because; however, the word "evolve" only improvement in the context of environment; which can be, and has become today, the opposite of what is generally seen as improvement.History occurs in stages: rise and fall. The signs are all around us.Humanity is not ready and will never accomplish any of what is stated in its current position. And as I said before, the world is in between stagnation and decline. These activities are reserved for another age.
Avarakedavra (November 30, 1999 at 12:00 am)
Really? All of it? This needn't be our future per se. What do you think is stopping us from evolving further? So you're pretty sure we're done?

This moron Michio Kaku is not a scientist, he's a well-known pseudo-scientst who's making a killing from stealing the works of great thinkers, putting it out of context and claiming it his own. He's to science is like what's the "Weekly World News" is to journalism.Maybe he'd better stick to writing script for Star Trek, and leave theorizing to actual intellectuals.
