Well I am new to You Tube, so here goes. Thanks for the reply, but I never said anything about Archos replacing my 605. Maybe you missed the part where I said "if I at least had a sympathetic ear." From customer Service. Your right they have no obligation to replace someting that was not their fualt.

what do you expect the company to do about you getting something stolen? they have no obligation to replace stolen goods

I bought the 605 WiFi not quite a year ago and was very happy with it. I spent a chunk of money for all the accessories and then it was stolen. I was not very pleased with Archos support when I explained my problem. They did not seem to care. It would have been nice if I at least had a sympathetic ear. I will now look at other devices that might be similar. Customer support is very high on my list when buying a product even if the product costs a little more.

yeah, so when you get the archos, if you didn't charge it all the way before using it, the battery life goes down.

If you get a wall charger it takes like 8 hours to charge and lasts for 17 hours. |
