Yes, cam 134 is now color and located on the pad surface, southeast. just off the MLP (Mobile Launcher Platform) SE corner. BTW there are 73 cameras located at each pad and yes, they are not used for launch coverage for the most part.

The one shot I reallylike is at 4:20 in with Camea 134 adn that angle-- they've never used it during a launch though and they should. They don't make use of many of their other cameras and always show the same ones over and over.
