I watched the movie ` La bamba` last night i had no idea it was meant to be real movie because it ended when he died in a plane crash. I feel so sorry for him, he died when he was so young, he could be a great musician now and married to `donna`

My dad still has the original 45 single of this song. He bought it when this came out. He was a teenager then and he's 67 now.

i think that guy on 0:28 was not ritchie.i think thats roger peterson(the pilot who was driving the plane they crashed in).i saw that picture on the buddy holly documenntary and they said thats roger peterson.
