Keep your eyes forward2. Stay in a good back stance, keeping the rear knee bent and most of the weight on the back leg.3. Use the hips to generate power -- the hip will pull the block across the body and into position4. At the end of each block, hips and shoulders should be angled at about 30 - 45 degrees5. Breath out sharply on each move, breath in between6. Keep the fists tight
