These so called foreign Aid they call is only to support the interest of ones thats doing the aiding. lets say you printed bunch of money and called it kazillian dollars. all that money is worth nothing unless it is shared with everyone else And they agree on its value also. and of course as soon as everyone agrees on its value you can print up kazillion more.
