I'm sorry - I have to also give respect to another great artist - Woody Shaw !!!. I never saw he live but I did listen to his albums, I think he and freddie were separated at birth, With these two on the same stage it seams the room temperature rises and you need towel to wipe the sweat from your forehead

I use to see Freddie Hubbard live back in the late 70's when ever he came to Los Angeles. He allways put on a great show, had a great sound and good band behind him. I got a chance to meet him - a great man and great musician !!

I disagree with that. Brecker was big but other guys popped up during that same time that were more well known than Bob Berg. It's life some people are popular and others aren't

You can literally see that Woody uses his third eye a great deal. I guess you have to play like that. Jazz is the greatest art form in the world!!!!!!!!
