ha ha ha yeah... that video was just hilarious. I'm red now. Ha ha ha.I think it really depends on how you classify "emo." I mean look at all the different types of music we have now. They have so many sub genres to one genre of music. It takes some type of emotion to write lyrics or even to get hooked to a type of music. emo isn't always about depression. sometimes happiness, drugs, money, sex, just about anything. people connect to music in different ways.

It has to do with the lyrics Blake wrote not how it was played. They are classed and labeled as Emo, Punk, indie. I guess anyone can give them any label they want, but I think it's just music. Yeah sometimes it's a bitch to hear what he is saying, but take time to read the lyrics. Just my opinion, as you are entitled to yours. If you can please read the lyrics to Boxcar. Their is a history to that song about right before they made the cd that this song is on.

LOL I didnt list Jawbreaker as emo just curious as to what & who they were & wasn't impressed. As for my music taste I like all types from indie to rock to rap to indie even a few emo groups i see nothing wrong with liking music so what. Jawbreaker i dont see the appeal though.
