bigchiefmingingbolok,I'm included in the 250 million. There's no need to defend the show because I also enjoy it. You must admit though that attributing the cause of this specific accident to no rear-spoiler is inconclusive and arbitrary.He could've driven that car off the course even with the wing installed.Regardless of 0,1,2,or 3 spoiler wings, the Stig just over-drove the car, i.e. pushed it beyond its capabilities. That is the only thing we are a 100% assured.

USAGEEE, you talk some shit, if you watch top gear then you would know that the programme is well respected by car builders because they know that with a worldwide audience of over 250 million its advertising gold, when koenigsegg released they're first car on tv it was on top gear, it was the same with the ccxr, they obviously value the programmes views.

I wonder if the spoiler issue is nothing more than a catalyst for Top Gear to save face. I assume you need to fabricate some kind of excuse for the board of trustees when you wreck a 3 quarter-million dollar car.
