Anne & I saw Odetta at the 2008 Ottawa Folk Festival. I had tears in my eyes when she sang House of the Rising Sun. That version was one of a kind. All the YouTube renditions & album versions pale compared to hers, that night, in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada under the full moon.
