Chucking and taking steroids would make anyone 'bowl' faster. If you have natural talent, as Akhtar did, then you take steroids and throw the ball instead of bowl it, of course you will get higher speeds.The guy had no morals whatsoever and would do anything to get the ball down the other end faster.Total waste of talent, and an utter disgrace.
