the problem is you use all or non rule, life is not like that food is not like that. we are all going to die one day, you should start eating a piece of candy, cookie or cake here or there when you want it, so that you do not have issues about eating or not eating it and consider concentrating your efforts on another more productive aspect of your life. try to accept yourself, while no one is perfect, we're all beautiful in our own way.

Well, I've got a handle on it now, but when its bad its so bad, I'm throwing up maybe 20 times with massive binges. When its that bad, there's no pleasure left in food, but the decline in pleasure from food is outpaced by the rise in the pain of just being. Food just has this residual, aneasthatiising effect, but its the only drug left that works at all. I'm much better now tho, just struggle with ana now. x
