Whats funny about the Prius is that the process it takes to make those batteries causes more damage to the environment than an average car would make. And the 2001 Chevrolet Merto gets better gas mileage than a Prius and isnt even a hybrid. I think with creative engine design and light weight materials would help fuel consumption. I dont like the idea of ethanol because it takes away from land that could be used to grow food for people. But i commend the people that are environmentally conscious

That is so true we should try to help save the planet! even if its not alot we can do as little as recycling or buying green cleaners without any chemicles.we could recycle plastic bags becasue it takes 1000 years to decompose thats alot! and Leonardo is doing great things to save the planet! i love peopel who save teh planet and its such a great thing to do , its not just good for 1 person its good for EVERYONE! And we should not use as much energy. P.S.LEONARDO DICAPRIO IS SUCH A SEXY HOTTIE

he is just trying to promote a cause that is close to his heart and to millions of people in the entire world. i planes will have solar pannels on them in the future, that would look so awesome!!!

We need to only produce items that are biodegradable and quit acting like we have a place to put or store our TRASH! We need to find other ways to make things happen without OIL and leave other countries to fend for them selves and run the country the way they want to run it. How good of a job are our LEADERS running the show here that they think it will be o.k. to go and try to run someone else's country?

To much greed not enough harmony. What ever money is required, use it to change. If more is required print the stuff its only paper.Everyone is in the same boat rich and poor you cant mess with the planet but some do.Well expect to find money wont mean a thing one day soon.

Oh you did not. You got lucky and have millions of dollars to waste and it is the popular thing to back global warming. Don't forget to bash the US on the War Leo. "I guess I was a little biologist" Yeah, I collected bugs when I was young too. why don't you sell you big private jet that makes me choke when you fly by and we will respect you much more. Walk the walk. I don't have millions to buy hybrids and green homes.

It's true, we won't believe this, and we shouldn't believe this because we are justified in believing the hundreds of scientist who have spent an incredible amount of time studying the subject and providing evidence for climate change and what effects it likely will have on the environment. I don't see how someone can challenge the subject as though it could even remotely be wrong. There shouldn't even be a question of belief it is common knowledge now that we are harming our planet. |
