Outsourcing's roots are CORPORATE GREED and an utter lack of concern by our government. The Government (Senators/Congressmen) would have to be outsourced before they gave a hoot about anyone but themselves. The matter is very simple, serious, and tragic.

Indians do not do it to steal jobs. Indians know that if not for them then jobs will go to other countries china, vietnam etc. So might as well that we take up those jobs offered. You call this stealing? In any case americans would have lost their jobs. Only difference is to which country it goes to?

Depends what you are outsourcing. Voice - Agreed, but other things like software or process improvement Six Sigma stuff... we cannot touch them. America cannot afford to pay someone 15.00 an hour to do data entry when they can do it accurately for 3. I dont like it either, but you can avoid the truth

As much as you might hate the comment, it is 100% true. Indians are not stealing jobs ( I am not Indian by the way) I lived in Hyderabad for 2 years. We need to learn how to do it better and cheaper like they do. America WAKE UP. I dont like outsourcing either, but we have to WAKE UP and be what we used to be. The BEST
