you really can't tell, because the way shaq shoots, he releases when the ball is at it's peak, so it's almost impossible to block it and not be a goaltend. it wasn't dramatically declining towards the basket, nor was it anywhere near the basket, so it's clean.

wow he got blocked in his decline the only good block on him was ben wallace and technically it wasn't a block it was a jump ball nobody can block shaq when he dunks
