ive been there twice guess wot once on each leg men the pain was unreal would neva want any1 to experience such an injury i was a swimmer i havnt gone back still tryin to over come the site of wot i saw..........sorry dude op u got beta

I am so sorry. I have done this 10+ times. Im getting reconstructive surgery October 23rd. Please do the physical theorpy and take it easy for a long while.

Dude, the very same thing happened to me this Monday when i played football. I got tackled and all of a sudden my knee cap was sort of pointing out at the side. It didn't hurt as much as i thought it would though.

wow, the same thing happened to me, i was playing basketball and i turned to run and i tripped and fell and my right knee cap was on the side of my leg!i hurt really bad!!! and so i almost had to have an operation so it doesnt happen again, but luckily i didnt have to!!!but that sucks! its so gross!
