Rachel Maddow makes a very good metaphor for what's going on now with the Wall Street kids in the candy store holding their hands out for more. Robert Reich weighs in.

Although I agree with the overall statement, I can't help to comment on the fact, that these two made it sound as though only democrats were questioning this bailout. Thet's far from the truth. Many republicans questioned it too. I mean, it was republicans who, in voting, rejected the bill the first time by a larger rate.

Rachel is the best. She does her homework and makes the best points on all the days events. Last night, she was remarkable when attacked by a republican on her show. Rachel and Keith are relentless in getting to the truth of the matter.

Rachel keep up the good work! I see from the nasty sexest comments that people still cant take the truth. I say just keep it coming.

Go carry some more water for Bush and the rest of the Repugnacon party. Repugnacons are the de regulators, always have been, Ronald Regan put this shit into play and it's been tumbling ever since, especially once the Repugs got in office in '95, but hey, it was still a REPUGNACON controlled Congress in 2006 so it doesn't suprise me that nothing happened then either.

You say McCain warned of this years ago, but how many times did he bash government regulation at the same time? Look it up on youtube under "McCain liar" and see how many times- until 2 weeks ago- that he said he was for LESS oversight and LESS regulation. That's like saying you are against crime but you don't want any police on the street. It's absurd.NOW, he says "Of course we need more oversight and more regulation." What do Republicans like to call this?? It's a major FLIP FLOP.
