biff should do a total snaking of the Newport Police Dept. - it's full of shyt & I can PROVE it! Too bad nobody in RI has enough balls to look at my abundent physical evidence & do something about it. (including Mayor Steve Waluk, Senator Theresa Paiva Weed, The Newport Daily News, Providence Journal, television news stations, etc.)I can't wait to read the obituary of NPD Lt.
