Me and my wife spend her 21st birthday in this hotel in miami beach. Room cost for 1 night was 349$ with taxes. First of all I ordered a bottled of champagne the day before, and we came it wasnt there. Then we have noticed that we were checked in into handicap room so there was no way to lie down in jacuzzi becouse of some stuff that should help these people bath. We didnt want to ruine our night and worry about taht but in the morning I found a paper under the door with 230$ of additional charges. It turned out it was for the mini bar that no one told us is a subject to additional charges. if we would know that we would never drink 8$ red bull... watch out people becouse this is the way this hotel is making BIG money... By CHEATING!!!

They do not want to cheat you out of your money. It is a private bar, ypu take something, you pay for it. I'm sure this issue was resolved, but you will not post a video about that, hunh?

No dah? They ain't free if you have common sense? Nobody has to tell you that! It looks like you had a buffet! Please pay what you ate! Fontainebleau is so nice, I stayed there for 2 weeks during my business trip! They have amazing view!
