look gosh yes those guys are great, but so is Larry. In fact, he expanded on them a took it to a "modern" sound. Everyone has a right to an opinion, and, well, mine is that Larry Carlton is still the best guitarist alive today!

listen to wes montgomery to kessel, to grant green to mclaughlin , i'm not saying he is bad i just don't believe him , doesn't touch me at all , but yes he is succesfull and he is a profesional ... so what , music is supposed to have an impact on our emotions... or it's not music anymore

Larry Carlton is indeed one of the all time greats. A true master who can play softly or blisteringly in a flash. However, LittleInjunBoy aka Tim Halcomb, is one of the all time douchebags of the 21st century.

Does anyone know when this was recorded? Love him or not, Larry is one of the most successful guitarists on planet Earth - the competition is fierce and he has been a first call elite player for decades - just count his houses...
