Yip, In Japan hes called Meister and in America hes called Jazz. IN the japan, the autobots are called cybertrons and the decepticons are called the Destrons.

It sure is! I thin Hasbro lost the rights to the name "Jazz" so they had to use "Meister" instead but don't hold me to it.

In the first few episodes The Transformers, the Autobots actually could fly, but after that the only ones who weren't airplanes (Arialbots) that could fly were Sideswipe and his twin Sunstreaker. I can't remember any one else who could without the aid of a jet-pack.
