i want to say that having coburn and timmonen hurt definitely made a difference in the series. but not to the point where we would have won if they were both healthy. biron was amazing in the first 2 series and then equally unamazing in this one. if we had a goalie like fleury we would have been in the finals. and probably would've lost to detroit too.

Man this was such an unlucky series for the Flyers...first losing Kimmo before game 1 even began and then losing their second best defenseman in game 2.

Lol you can hear the announcer go "oh..." during the replay...it's hard to watch that play without going "ouch." And fwiw I am the farthest thing from a Flyers fan, but how some people can CHEER for injuries is beyond me...barbaric. Glad he wasn't blinded or concussed. |
