I really don't think he's passing a judgement ... it is true that country music guitar techniques are a little more tricky than straight blues based rock ... does it make it better ? no , it depends on your taste and I happen to like both ... there is really no point in comparing music styles based on " difficulty" ... music is expression fun and freedom... keep an open mind...
