This has to be from 1999, since it was in that year that Bill McKaig became the only contestant to achieve a maximum 433 in the final round.

The titles on 15 to 1 are from 1996 to 2000, but I think Laura Callurd is the best voiceover on 15 to 1, and Philip Lowrie came there to start the voiceover since 1998.
