What I liked about her is that in the late eighties, when everyone was into huge hair, glitzy clothes, gaudy jewelry, she maintained a more minimalist look. She was still beautiful, but her beauty was more natural. She was ahead of her time.

I So agree with you. Music is so evocative & transports us to happy days, heck! it feels like yesterday, I'm in touch with 17 year olds & they don't even know Belinda... sad as when I was that age I was interested all music I liked & not just what was in the charts that week!Just liked your comment!
