I lost over 50 lbs in 6 weeks using diet program from 2loseweight(.)infoHi guys I started this way of life but not the same as shown in this vid all from the book in Jan 08. I have had some slipp ups but its so easy to get straight back on it I have lost 32pounds and its been so easy I walk about an hour a day and I had 2 months in spain where I drank and ate lots this a great way of life and i dont seem to miss out on anything.

Have serious injuries to left side of body: ankle, foot, knee, hip, & stomach areas. Left leg was crushed + l leg cut 50% through at knee, donor site for l leg was subscapular area-5.5"X10.5" approx. L leg only contracts 90 deg. + hip contrct.& abduct. is reduced along w limited use of abs & back. Was never supp. to walk agn. What to do abt range of move.? Spent 3.5 mos in Army Med Cen & trying to recup/recovr. Help pls.

I started a Pilates class 2 weeks ago and have had 3 sessions. I felt everything better next day after first session. I walk taller, better posture and have actually lost half a stone in weight so far and trimmed two inches from my wist. im a 32" now. The only guy in the class, my pals laughed at me. Now they are facinated by Pilates. Its fantastic! |
