Is this bike good for a fifteen year old arounf five eleven'?
Bluterus (November 30, 1999 at 12:00 am)
I'm over arguing with you look at the thumpertalk forum coz obviously you didnt. Everyones getting 85mph on a stock 250 or 139km/h on American models and then it says down further in a post by av"Matty, keep in mind that Aus has different gearing and tires than we do.Stock, we're running 13/52 with 100/100-18. IIRC, AUS/NZ models get 14/52 or 13/50 and 110/100-18.You hit it right on WheelsUp! The Aussie's WRs are street legal so their gearing is higher to handle the constant highway speed."

Who cares if it was fifth or sixth. I just say sixth because my bike has 6 gears
Bluterus (November 30, 1999 at 12:00 am)
Obviously you didn't American models top 85mph stock which is 139km/h aussie models come out with smaller sprockets and larger rear tyre so they can be road registered and to cope with highway speeds so can get a higher top speed over american models. Also I like how you said you were flat out in sixth riding a 450 pretty funny considering they're only a 5 speed like the 250's.Why argue when you have no idea what you're talking about?
assgrinder23 (November 30, 1999 at 12:00 am)
I did. They say different to.
Bluterus (November 30, 1999 at 12:00 am)
Mate have you ever ridden an aussie model? You're a 14yr old canadian probably not.Aussie and NZ models can be road registered and come out with different sprockets and larger rear tyres to cope with higher speeds for highway use.Cant wait to post a video and prove you wrong and I bet you wont reply when you see it. I hate people that think they know everything why don't you look it up on thumper talk.
assgrinder23 (November 30, 1999 at 12:00 am)
your full of shit. It will not do 160 Ive ridden a four fifty full throttle in sixth downhill and it wasnt doing 160
Bluterus (November 30, 1999 at 12:00 am)
obviously you've never ridden one I did hit 160 but it was on the road fastest on the dirt has been 150km/h.If I had a helmet cam I would prove it to you.I'll see if I can tape my phone to my helmet and get it.
