That really is the voice of the girl who voices Vanilla. In both the English and Japanese versions of the show, I have always considered Vanilla to have the most beautiful voice of all the Angels. This is such a pretty song, and I thought the selections of clips fit it well, the video was very soothing. (I am just absolutely smitten with Vanilla... :)
