I think that is just the lighting. Nevertheless, it doesn't affect their singing, they still sound awesome!

"Glow Worm/It's beginning to look a lot like christmas" hasn't been posted on youtube or any other video server so far because not very many people post videos from christmas concerts and a lot of venues will not allow the concerts to be filmed by anyone the group has not hired to do so.
