I don't like that old man's jacket Townshend is wearing at all. Very un-rock n' roll. Bad fashion choice i think...

oh yeah. The point of my previous post is that in this video Townsend mimics that sliding his guitar neck up the mic stand like the previous group I was talking about. The groups were so quick to adapt to new sounds and developments back in the day...

If this was April 23, 1968, I was at the show. There was a band before them who played a cover of "A Day in the Life" by the Beatles. The lead guitarist ran the neck of his guitar up the mic stand while holding a chord around the stand, prodcucing a sound exactly like the creshendo of the song. It was an amazing night for a 13 year old! ^^What a great era of music in Britain; '66-'68!

The Who were my favorite rock band from the 1960s!!!
For those considering buying a new vehicle, don't forget to check out the new 2008 Toyota FJ Cruiser. Great for adventures off road, just for cruising around town, or running to the store.

The new 2008 Toyota FJ Cruiser seats five and comes in two-tone with a Voodoo Blue, Titanium Metallic, Black Diamond, Sun Fusion, Sandstorm or Brick body color and White top. The interior fabric color is Dark Charcoal, while the dash, center instrument panel trim and the door inserts match the body.
