Freedom from sin or guilt; innocence; chastity:NONE OF WHICH DESCRIBE NEILS VOICE.Emotion and purity are two different things, I met the man and Im positive he would agree with me, in fact I swear I remember him saying something about it. Uh...Neil Young's voice lacks NO PURITY. I dunno what your definition of purity is, but you must have it wrong. Neil Young has one of the most pure, emotionally drenched voices out there. I think his voice is incredible the way it makes you feel the song along with the lyrics. Here he is obviously past his vocal prime though, He was in his late 50s here so his voice isn't as good as it was in the early 70s, but either way great performance.
