We have gap-years in britain as well. It seems odd that (from what he's saying) America don't have gap years.... They brilliant. It's so your not in school constantly until twenty, and then straight into a job without a break. With a gap year you can travel the world for a year.

I will do anything to travel the world! I'm going to Costa Rica for the forth time and I've been to Nicaragua. That isn't enough for me though. Also, anyone who travels, I advise that you try finding host family programs. Those are the best and your more exposed to the culture rather than some retarded resort.
