well i only reicently started listening to this guy and read his book.... he really is the real deal. I love the beatles, oasis etc but this guy sells a song as good as lennon, Mc Cartney, Jagger, Morrisey etc. Im not a massive country fan but cash had something that was crossover, he wasn't country enough in his lyrics to be classed as country! he wasn't rock n roll (alegidly) what he was though was a great great singer songwriter!
