It looks like it's turning the right way to me. I think it's an optical illusion created by the low frame rate of the video, sometimes it looks like it's not spinning at all. Kind of like when you see a car driving down the street, when it gets to just the right speed it looks like the hubcaps are spinning backwards.... Oh and this is a great song.
