This is one of the greatest shots ever, no arguement. To get it that perfect from where he was is just incredible. All these morons saying it's overrated, try doing it yourself.

haha, do u have any idea how fast those greens are, to be able to control it in the exact spot he was aiming at, with that lie, on those greens...incredible

commentators make the shot seem really hard. happy gilmore could do better...

tiger wasnt four shots behind at the beginning of the round, they only say it everytime tiger is in contention for at major, he's never won a major w/o at least a share of the lead. that is technical tho cuz he has come from behind, as in the 2000 PGA, in this tournament, the 2008 US Open, and possibly others i cant remember off the top of my head, but never at the beginning of the round. tiger in my opinion is the greatest player who has ever lived, and this is one of the best shots ever played

Yes Tic Tac, you are. But there always has to be some haters out there, and you fit that bill well.

He's coming from the wrong side of the hole so he couldn't pitch it into the upslope as the two off the tee did,if he overhits it it has a good chance of running off the green towards the water,if he's 2 foot 2 the left offline it funnels down to the front of the green. He's one shot clear in arguably the hardest major championship to win. He started the round four shots behind with his opponent ten feet away from the pin. and was one behind to this point. Indeed a Massively overrated shot

tictac has eaten too many tic tacs... that shot is better than a hole in one. chipping off the edge of the rough, that far back and reading the slope correctly is better than, gripping it and ripping it and hoping it falls into the cup. i take it you don't golf. |
