THERE NOT KILLING anyone stop spreading lies. Industries change old ones go new ones arrive. Oil will have to go one day get over it and those people can get other jobs if there smart. New technology brings new and better jobs its the way things work look in to that before such a comment i recommend you get a education because you are very misinformed and are backwards. Remember a Smart society makes a strong economy not holding on to things that are getting outdated.

This is really good information to know and to the people who actually talk about that right on but man. I can't believe how crazy some people are I mean gosh you'll have issues if your talking this kind of crazy its a new technology not the end of the world. Ok its Japenese get over the people who did war crimes didn't make this car. Give Japan a break yes there nation did horrible things but those people are mostly gone. What do you want the new Japan to do about it cary about it all day.

a 3.5 litre BMW M5 gets better milage than a prius round a track driving at the same speed as the prius's top speed arpund the track. i still dont agree you can burnas much oil as you want, you just can't.

And really, no one cares how fast a electric motor is. soulless and no fun. despite its socalled power. the gas engine alone could do nearly the same gas mileage w/o the electric motor and battery which weigh as much or more than the gas engine.its smoke and mirrors to make more money.50mpg cars should cost about $13-15k thats it. Hybrid is a scam. also 3000lbs. is not easily moved with 70hp.
