It doesn't matter cuz that's how U.S is. If you want to be famous go to Asia, you will not be the mainstream singer in U.S no matter how talented you are. It's all due to the White supremacy bs. Maybe a few female ones who bow down to the white men. In a marketing sense, U.S only got about 5% Asian population so it doesn't make senses for them to market an Asian singer especially male.

its a fucking joke that he got a record deal. He only got one cause he's a comic figure, and as hard at it is for talented asian-americans to get signed, he makes it even harder. he's the asian stereotype: fob accent, nerdy, and no musical talent, and no matter how talented an asian-american is, that stereotype is still in the back of their head.
