I've read somewhere that Hannibal slaughtered about 60,000 (!) Romans and killed one of the consuls. it took Hannibal only 8 hours to do this which means that on average you need to kill at least a 100 men per minute. this also means that it is the record of killing people in a single day (it took only 8 hours). it is pretty amazing to imagine that half of my town could have been the Romans and would be slaughtered in just 8 hours :)ooh yeah, Hannibal had only 8,000 losses XD
