im not agreeing for what he's saying cuz its all depending on what exercise you are doing cuz some are not working for others. Instead of doing pre-fatigue..do some cardio:P

why are u guys askin him all these questions ? its just hard work, thats it. 1 set each may work for him, he's like 160 pounds, he's not big. im a bodybuilder ok, you need 3 or 4 excercises and 3 or 4 sets each on every body part. thats all. and push youself. not hard. he's a light weight so dont ask him.
