Thanks for that- an interesting interpretation. I read that it was also about his wanting to toe the line- not break any laws etc- I think that's why it's an inspiration to offenders. Anyhow, what an incredible song and I'm sure my friend derives great comfort from listening to it- disturbed as he is. I also hope that others listen to its message, or they might end up the wrong side of the bench- like my friend!

The words to this song are awarning to us all: I have a friend who unfortunately took the wrong turn and is currently incarcerated. I haven't been in touch with him for a long time- i'd like to dedicate this great song to him! Poor guy has nothing to do but sit in an old armchair raging about the way life's treated him. This incredible song is for you....
