How insensitive can one be. There are children with Bladder and Rectal incontinence not to mention the multitude of disabilities that prevent children from being able to use the potty. JERK

You're right ChomuSclavus. Especially the part about kids wearing these diapers on long car trips. If you have a kid that's potty training or has a weak bladder these diapers are better than pullups which you have to take completly off to change. With these diapers all you do is pull down your kid's pants a little and undo the diaper then change them.

Those look like big diapers. Does anyone know how big of a waist they fit? It would be cool if Pampers made adult diapers that looked like baby diapers.

why do they even make diapers this big? shouldn't kids be potty-trained before they even get to a size 5? that's ridiculous.
