mhm, i dont know much about the Reileigh Runabouts, but they have no variomatic i´m right?! It´s the Variomatic which makes the scooters so loud. Lol a "Friend" of me has driven a CPI Scooter with ca. 12.000 RPM and 70 Km/h. But the police stopped him and now his engine has still 12.000 RPM, but the scooter drives 25 Km/h!!! xD

Just dont drive a scooter, drive a old moped! They dont have so high rpm like the scooters. Hercules, Zündapp and Kreidler are nice.

I like the idea of a moped when im 16. and i know they can go faster than this haha. But i think they are really noisy, can someone tell me... Do they still sound really loud when riding? And is there a way of making them quieter?

its not a 4 stoke yu dude it a A 2 stroke with a hole in the exhaust, Making it loose back pressure which is making it slow, You dum fucks, And its doing about 10 not 20
