Cool. I never knew that Skid Row were influenced by them.Coincidentally, Skid Row and Metallica used to party with each other during this period ala (or e.g.) Ratt and Motley Crue in their respective hey days.Given how this album was released in the same year as the black album, it's interesting how Metallica's Holier Than Thou is reminiscent of Armored Saint's Spineless (lyric concept and pace). Ironically, the members of Metallica are credited on Armored Saint's Symbol of Salvation.

yeah man i agree, HOW??it's right up there with all the other albums..hehe i saw a interview here on youtube with rachel and sebastian of skid row..and this was like when slave to the grind was just released..and they were mention armored saint as an influence
