The customer relations of both Skype and Dualphone are APPALLING. All they are interested in is selling handsets. After 3 weeks of being given the runaround between Skype & DualPhone over a fault that developed after 10 months, I have now given up and won't be buying anything from the Skype shop or DualPhone again.My advice would be to avoid buying that handset and stick to one of the larger more respectable manufacturers.

Hi you talk about the good advantages of the dual phone. but it is really important to talk about the bugs too...It is impossible to change the language everytime we get the message (change language failed) another thing it is the dualphone 3088 do not display the numbers from a normal incoming call for example from a mobilephone.Kind regardsMMAG5
